Accidental Damage & Handling for Smartphones, Tablets & Laptops is processed within 3 - 5 days:
1. The day you file a claim, we Fedex you a box for you to Ship the damaged device back to us.
2. You overnight the damaged device to Us via Fedex.
3. One of our Depot Centers Close to you receives the device, repairs it the same day in most cases, and overnights it back to you via Fedex.
4. Your claim is processed is within 3- 5 days with all postage paid by Securranty.
Note: A $50 deductible applies to ADH claims. If your device is not repairable, we will replace your device with the same Brand & Model, if available. If we cannot replace your device, we will reimburse you with a check for the for the full retail value of the device, even though you may have paid a subsidized price with a contract.
Recovery & Replacement Claim for Smartphones & Tablets is processed within 3 - 5 days:
1. For a misplaced claim, we require an affidavit from you at the time you file a claim.
2. We may require in certain cases that you file a police report.
3. If your phone or tablet cannot be replaced, you will receive a check for the for the full retail value of the phone, even though you may have paid a subsidized price with a contract.
Note: A $145 deductible applies to Recovery & Replacement of a device. We may provide you a new replacement phone of same brand & model instead of a check, if available. The determination is made by our claims department at the time you file a claim.
Because we offer the most competitive pricing and coverage, we do not provide loaner phones. Our customers agree that the savings with our warranties are substantial enough for them to buy a spare phone or use an existing spare phone for 3 -5 days while their claim is being processed.
In-Home Service for Televisions & Major Appliances:
Once a claim is filed, you will receive a call within 24 hours to set up an appointment from one of our certified repair technicians in your area to provide in-home service.
