Additionally, a repair can cost up to $200 and if you have to replace your device, it can cost up to $900. With our protection plans, you have peace of mind that your device will be repaired or replaced.
For new or refurbished iPhones or Smartphones, you will be required to provide store receipt for purchase of phone. If you are transferring coverage from your wireless carrier, proof of insurance coverage is required and you can select Condition New. For Used iPhones purchased from eBay, Amazon that are fully functional with no defects, you can purchase coverage and provide proof of receipt of purchase. If you have a phone that is more than 30 days old you can still purchase coverage as long as you install our registration app on the device you wish to cover and complete registration successfully through our App. Our registration App will verify your device to insure its fully functional with no damage and capture the device serial number and IMEI and attach it to the plan you purchased.
You may transfer your plan at anytime to another person. However, if you upgrade or purchase a new device, you must purchase a new plan and you can cancel your existing plan.
Yes, you are covered for loss even when you are travelling internationally. We do not cover international shipping, however, once you file a claim, you may be authorized to have your item repaired locally and submit an invoice for reimbursement. You may also choose to have your item repaired upon return.
Yes you will need to provide information about your device such as serial, manufacturer and model. You can provide by logging into your account online after you have purchased the plan.
