An Extended Warranty covers all electrical and mechanical failures that occur during normal, everyday use of your item. Some examples of covered issues include Touch Screen Failure, Wifi Failure, Bluetooth Failure, and other defects, or issues that are not a result of accidental damage, misuse or abuse.
Our protection plan does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty, but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty. First, we'll locate the manufacturer's contact information to help you file a claim. If the manufacturer replaces or repairs your item, we'll cover the repaired or replaced item. If the manufacturer refuses to honor their warranty because they consider your item purchased from an unauthorized retailer, we'll still cover you.
Once you complete your policy purchase, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to access your online account. Please remember to check your spam folder.
Log into your account and navigate to the Policies tile on your dashboard. Select the File A Claim option next to your policy.
When you file a claim, if a deductible is applicable, you will be prompted to pay the applicable deductible with a credit card. However, your credit card is only charged if your claim is approved.
Proof of purchase , store receipt for purchase of your item, is typically required to purchase our plans and to file a claim.
You may transfer your plan at anytime to another person. However, if you upgrade or purchase a new device, you must purchase a new plan and you can cancel your existing plan.
