File a claim online 24 x 7. Simply login to your account and select the policy and click on file claim icon. Please check your Inbox or spam folder for emails with instructions for the next steps in the claims process. You may also login to your account for an update, reprint your shipping label, upload receipts for reimbursement and more.

         

K-12 Onsite Tech Dispatch

Prefer Onsite Service? Once your claim is approved, you may have the item repaired at a local repair store of your choice, one of our authorized repair stores, onsite technician dispatch or if you prefer, depot repair with 2-way free postage.

         

School Will Manage Claims & Repair

If your device experiences mechanical failure, accidental damage, lost or stolen, please visit the designated location in your school. Your school staff will file the claim for losses your policy covers on your behalf and repair your device for you. Your school may issue a loaner device while your device is being repaired. If you require assistance or have questions on the claims process, please contact your school's IT department.
