Coverage is available for new appliances with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty purchased in the past 90 days. Refurbished Appliances purchased in the last 30 days are eligible if they come with a minimum 90-day store or manufacturer’s warranty.

Log into your account and navigate to the Policies tile on your dashboard. Select the File A Claim option next to your policy.
When you file a claim, if a deductible is applicable, you will be prompted to pay the applicable deductible with a credit card. However, your credit card is only charged if your claim is approved.
Proof of purchase , store receipt for purchase of your item, is typically required to purchase our plans and to file a claim.
