Once you complete your policy purchase, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to access your online account. Please remember to check your spam folder.
A store receipt for the item you have purchased our protection plan for is typically required. The store receipt must clearly display the item purchase date, price paid & store name. After purchasing our protection plan, we recommend you upload your proof of purchase to your account and allow us to store it for you. This will allow for a hassle-free claims process.
100% protection from accidental damage is not provided by any protective case. Most cases don’t protect against spill or liquid submersion. Additionally, a repair can cost up to $200 and if you have to replace your device, it can cost up to $900. With our protection plans, you have peace of mind that your device will be repaired or replaced.
When you file a claim, if a deductible is applicable, you will be prompted to pay the applicable deductible with a credit card. However, your credit card is only charged if your claim is approved.
