Q: Can I purchase a plan and pay for it monthly instead of pre-pay?

We do offer monthly payment option for certain plans. Our plans are very competitive and affordable.

Q: Do I need to provide a Serial Number to purchase coverage?

Yes you will need to provide information about your device such as serial, manufacturer and model. You can provide by logging into your account online after you have purchased the plan.

Q: Does Securranty provide worldwide coverage?

Yes, you are covered for loss even when you are travelling internationally. We do not cover international shipping, however, once you file a claim, you may be authorized to have your item repaired locally and submit an invoice for reimbursement. You may also choose to have your item repaired upon return.

Q: How do I file a claim?

Log into your account and navigate to the Policies tile on your dashboard. Select the File A Claim option next to your policy.

Q: Can I transfer my Plan?

You may transfer your plan at anytime to another person. However, if you upgrade or purchase a new device, you must purchase a new plan and you can cancel your existing plan.

Q: Do I have an account to manage my policies after I purchase?

Once you complete your policy purchase, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to access your online account. Please remember to check your spam folder.
