24/7 Claims Process

File a claim online 24 x 7. Simply login to your account and select the policy and click on file claim icon. Please check your Inbox or spam folder for emails with instructions for the next steps in the claims process. You may also login to your account for an update, reprint your shipping label, upload receipts for reimbursement and more.

School Will Manage Claims & Repair

If your device experiences mechanical failure, accidental damage, lost or stolen, please visit the designated location in your school. Your school staff will file the claim for losses your policy covers on your behalf and repair your device for you. Your school may issue a loaner device while your device is being repaired. If you require assistance or have questions on the claims process, please contact your school's IT department.

Depot Service - Free, Fast & Convenient

Once your claim is approved, you will receive a shipping label to your email address to ship the item for repair by our trained and certified technicians. Each device is put through a 65 point check for quality assurance and shipped back to you typically within 1 business day of arriving at our depot.
